Savoya is Champion

Renaud Savoya is the 2009 EFRA 1:8 European Champion after successfully defending his 2008 title in a thrilling race here in Austria.  The Mugen driver beat fellow countryman Yannick Aigoin to become the first back to back champion since 2005.  Third was promising Czech driver Martin Bayer.

Red RC are attending the 2011 Arena Offroad Meeting, an indoor 1/8th offroad event which takes place in Voghera, Italy. The best offroad racers from Italy and around Europe will compete to take the buggy and truggy titles, which last year were won by Yannick Aigoin. Red RC coverage starts in full on Friday (14th) morning and we will be trackside bringing you reports, insights, photos and videos directly from the track throughout the event.
