Remarks – A podium finisher in last year’s Euros, Yannick Aigoin is proving strong here again in Sweden running a pretty standard XB8 ’17, the only options being front & rear CVD’s and composite brake pads. After trying many things on the car, he went back is using the pretty unique setup that he ended up with at the warm-up, and he has further removed the screw that links the rear stiffener with the differential case.

Remarks – The current European Champion Elliott Boots is in Sweden defending his back to back title driving the TKI 4 version of the MP9 platform. His car is equipped with the new emulsion shock caps, and also features some new brake pads that are meant to smoothen the braking, especially at high temperatures.

Remarks – Now in her 7th year of racing, young Shania Yulo is an up and coming 17-year-old female racer who is making a name for herself as of late. At the 2014 Philippine Masters, she bumped from the C, B, and to the A and even went on to win the hour main event to claim her first PM Championship in Truggy. Without a home track, the Valencia City, Philippines native has to fly 2 hours to race.

Red RC is headed Down Under for the latest round of the Team Cayote backed Asian Buggy Championships. Round 3 takes drivers to Brisbane where they will tackle the Pine Hills Dirt Racing track from July 16-20th. Having won Round 2 of the Scotty Ernst promoted championship, the Philippine Masters, Infinity’s young Japanese prospect Kouki Kato heads the international entry that also includes Cayote’s Atsushi Hara, who needs no introduction, Mayako’s Finnish star Pekko Iivonen, and American Sparko team driver Tyler Jones, the line-up making this the best international entry yet for the Australian round. On the home side, having produced a clean sweep at the event last year Tekno driver Caleb Noble will lead the strong local contingent along with Team Associated’s Alex Bernadzik and a host of other quick Aussies.
