Remarks – Current US National Touring car Champion Ryan Cavalieri is running his Randy Caster prepared Associated TC7 Factory Team here at the 2016 Reedy Race. Starting with Caster’s base setup they have since changed to slightly lighter springs, lowered the inner camber link for a smoother feel and adjusted the position of the many weights in the car more outwards to allow the car to roll more.

Remarks – Reigning Reedy Race Champion Marc Rheinard is using a variation of the setup he used 2 weeks at the 4th round of the ETS in Italy on his kit standard Tamiya 419X. Making some small adjustments such as less rear toe-in, using a non progressive spring as well as softer shock oil and lowering the rear shock position, the car is going well but feels he needs more steering. He plans to try narrower front suspension blocks in the hopes of fixing this.

Remarks – Factory Yokomo driver Ronald Volker is running a close-to-standard, 2016 version of the BD7 from the Japanese manufacturer. His car sports a soft top deck, aluminium chassis, titanium turnbuckles and a set of aluminium screws.

Remarks – Three time World Champion in the class, Naoto is racing 12th scale at the AOC running a P12 from the Hong Kong manufacturer. Using the event to test on the same carpet that will used at the World Championships in China later this year the car is pretty close to standard, only equipped with an aluminium chassis, hard compound suspension arms and a floating servo mount.

Remarks – Currently without a chassis sponsor, Chinese-American driver JJ Wang chose to use a T4 2016 here at RCI V2. His car features an aluminum chassis and a floating servo mount, and is equipped with Arrowmax front double joints, graphite arms, low friction belts and a LeeSpeed spur gear.
